Knowledge assistant

at a bicycle manufacturer

A growing company has data spread across operational systems, active use cases and standalone documents. Employees waste time searching and still do not always find what they need.

Explore

We identify the knowledge domains people need most: product specifications, procedures, reports and operational data. Based on that, we configure the Flowstead Knowledge Assistant: one interface where employees can ask questions about the whole organisation and get an immediate answer.

Prototype

Employees use a straightforward chat interface connected to active Flowstead use cases and uploaded documents. They ask a question in plain language and receive a concrete answer across production, procurement and sales.

Launch

The assistant is configured around the company's data and knowledge domains. Employees from different departments test it and expand the knowledge base, while we refine it using real questions from day-to-day work.

Scale

As more use cases go live, the assistant becomes smarter. It combines static documents with live operational data, enabling it to answer increasingly complex questions from across the organisation.
