AI Engineer
You build digital colleagues that handle the daily paperwork of a factory or wholesaler. Not in a demo, but in the systems the business actually runs on.
Our digital colleagues read purchase orders from the inbox, check supplier invoices, watch over planning and answer customer questions, directly inside AFAS, Exact or Microsoft 365. Underneath sits the digital brain: the client's knowledge source, getting smarter every week.
As an AI Engineer, you build that. From the first conversation on the factory floor to an agent that processes hundreds of documents a day.
What you'll do
- You build the agents behind our digital colleagues: they read documents, prepare decisions and carry out work inside the client's systems.
- You work on the digital brain, the knowledge source where a client's documents, system data and rules come together.
- You build integrations with ERP, CRM and document systems such as AFAS, Exact Online and Microsoft 365.
- You set up evaluation and monitoring, so we can prove a digital colleague does its work well.
- You sit down with clients and turn a process that lives in people's heads and in Excel into something that runs every day.
What you'll work with, you don't need to know all of it
What you bring
- Three or more years of building software, part of it with LLMs in production.
- You're strong in Python and don't flinch at the API documentation of an ERP system from 2009.
- You know why a demo works and production breaks: edge cases, error handling, evaluation and monitoring.
- You talk to a planner as easily as to a model, and take ownership from scoping to go-live.
- You speak and write Dutch and English.
What we offer
- A salary that matches what you bring, plus a scheme to share in the growth.
- 25 holidays, hybrid working and an office in Utrecht.
- Hardware of your choice and a learning budget, including the time to use it.
- Short lines: no product owner between you and the client, no steering committee between you and a decision.
- Room to set the standards for how we build and roll out digital colleagues.
How the process looks
Intro call
A thirty-minute video call with one of the founders.
Technical conversation
We walk through a real problem from our codebase together.
A day with us
A paid day working with us on a real case.
Offer
Usually within two weeks of the first conversation.
No form, just an email.
Send your CV or LinkedIn and a few lines about something you built. Short and sharp is worth more to us than a long cover letter. You'll hear from us within a week.
